With quality care at the centre of its mission, Perfect Beginnings recognised the need to improve its IT systems to overcome two key challenges.
Non-standardised operations across the Centres caused significant inefficiencies and delays in work completion including utilisation of different tools and systems, inefficient and manual reporting and the inability to baseline each Centre’s performance.
Effectus Digital was engaged with a clear mandate to improve Centre-level administration efficiency and implement streamlined reporting and real-time access to data to inform decision making that would enable the business to achieve quality of care that is ahead of its competitors.

Challenge:
The Predikt-r team had received confusing and conflicting quotes and overly technical feedback from vendors who said they could help build the product. After three months of working on requirements with one vendor and investing both time and money, they had nothing to show nor any ROI in sight, just a myriad of technical decisions to be made
Solutions:
Effectus Digital was engaged as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to help the
Predikt-r team challenge the status quo and navigate the process of getting their product through development and market ready. Scott Krebs, Managing Director of Predikt-r, said investing in a virtual CDO was the best decision for Predikt-r.

Discovery:
Through a deep-dive review of existing data and systems, Effectus Digital established a Centre-specific operating-performance baseline and a ‘future state’ proposal based on detailed understanding of the operating environment.
Design:
Effectus Digital designed the end-to-end solution to meet the required outcomes and proposed a staged implementation plan in order to effectively manage costs and check progress along the way.
Delivery:
